Was riding around in a friend's *groan* Prius and found this...

Which one of you dolts thought this was a good place to put the button for heated seats?

My buddy has a Prius we call that area the nacho cubby. It seems ideally suited for holding chips and cheese sauce.

It seems like a complete afterthought. As in "Oh, wait - our competition has power heated seats? Let's stuff some in there. Wait, that'll require adding a new switch or two to the dash. Ah, heck with it - just stuff the switch wherever so we can check that box off for management."
